DunePay provides international money transfer, payment processing, and related financial services. We facilitate transfers between individuals and businesses across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

3. User Eligibility

To use DunePay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required
  • Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DunePay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply based on your KYC verification tier:

  • Tier 0 (Unverified): Limited to $100 per transaction
  • Tier 1 (Basic KYC): Up to $1,000 per day
  • Tier 2 (Full KYC): Up to $10,000 per day

6. Fees and Charges

DunePay charges fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. Fees may vary based on payment method, currency, destination, and transaction amount. Exchange rates include a markup over the mid-market rate.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use DunePay for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraud or illegal activities
  • Purchasing illegal goods or services
  • Violating sanctions or export control laws
  • Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities

8. Compliance and Reporting

DunePay complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities and may be required to freeze or reverse transactions under investigation.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Once a transaction is initiated, it generally cannot be cancelled. In case of errors or fraud, please contact our support team immediately. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

DunePay is not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party service providers, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

DunePay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DunePay is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
